After you arrive on campus, you pay tuition and other fee DIRECTLY to your university, and pay EXACTLY SAME AS any other students pay.

As to how you bring your money to China, we strongly suggest you not to bring cash, because it is not convenient for international trip. Some students do bring cash to China (you should take care of your money on the road); Some students pay by credit card; Some student use Western Union or Moneygram to transfer the money from their country to China – this is easy way, but little processing fee is involved.

Because they just arrive in China and not familiar with the environment, some students have some difficulty to deal with Bank and Agent in China, they asked their family to send money to us first and then transfer to them. USUALLY WE DO NOT HELP THIS, because it will leave a record of us with China Government. However, we will do our BEST to help you to solve this issue for you. Our staff helped you to deal with China Bank staff directly, you do not need to worry about this much!

We ask all students to pay the university year by year, because this will give them longer visa(Residency permit) so that they do not need to renew the visa(Residency permit) in a short time.

The transferring process is very very bothering. We need to match the courses you already learned to the courses in the new university. Usually we do not encourage students to transfer, but if you have RIGHT reasons to transfer, otherwise it may destroy your future or destroy other’s future, then WE DO OUR BEST TO HELP YOU.

We also help some students to transfer the courses they learned in their own country, but this is more difficult. For details, please consult with our experienced staff.

After you submit ALL required documents and pay the processing fee, we will EXPRESS your official admission letter and jw202 to you within 10 working days.

In most countries, after you get your official admission letter and jw202, you go to a China Embassy near you to apply. The Embassy will need Visa application form finished by you, Sponsor-letter, Bank Proof, plus the admission letter and jw202. That is enough! But some Embassy may need you to show Health Inspection results and no-crime record certificate. You should inquire the EMBASSY near you to see the exact list of documents needed.

In addition, in one or two countries, the China Embassy has additional requirements such as your proof of one year tuition deposit with our University and a China Agent guarantee letter… If in this case, we will do our BEST to send you such documents. We did this for Bric before and he is studying in China now.

But in most countries and most cases, you do not need these, the admission letter and jw202 are enough
